Hollis Bauer

Hollis Bauer is an innovative jewelry designer with classical influence. As an artist, Bauer has always been fascinated with the fashion and design from the early 1900s, encompassing the sinuous curves and natural forms of art nouveau and the geometric elegance of art deco.

 

She enjoys using design elements from this multitude of styles in the jewelry making, while also being influenced by the sleek modern design of the 1970s and 1980s. Most recently, she has been drawing on the classical processes and design of ancient Greek jewelry making.

 

The melding of all these design sources makes the jewelry timeless and ageless.
