Refund policy
We want every customer to be delighted with their purchases. Most of our collection is made up of one‑of‑a‑kind artworks and carefully sourced, unique vintage pieces, therefore, we’re unable to offer replacements for any item.
We carefully package our orders, and we cannot assume responsibility for damage that might occur once we hand off the item to the carrier.
When purchasing high-value artworks we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Insurance is optional at the buyer's expense. If you would like your order insured, please contact us prior to checkout so we can arrange the appropriate coverage. Any claims for insured shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
If an item should sell out in our physical store after you've purchased, we will reach out to you immediately and cancel the order- we try to update the website inventory every morning, but sometimes we might have our hands full.
